After a fresh Windows installation, new users might get frustrated by the weakness of the default Microsoft apps. So, in this list I'm going to cover applications that will enhance the user experience for everyday tasks. And for that, I only picked programs that meet these criteria:
• Should be free (not commercial), safe and preferably open-source.
• Should be an offline native desktop app/client.
• Does not require advanced technical knowledge.
Thus, the list is tailored to non tech-savvy home users, however, a section for people who are into computer programming and IT will be also added, which includes basic and commonly-used development and coding tools.

Best overall uninstaller and it's free, the only cons is it's x86 version only and not x64!

Deserves more attention, it's reliable, cleans effectively, almost perfect.
On initial view, you don't see the complete listings like you would with some other uninstallers. You need to look under Tools.. so things are more sorted. From there, this may be one of the best uninstallers. Best /most complete Context Menu Manager I know of.
This is the best uninstaller I have used yet. And it has so much more! Well worth a donation to the author! No features saved for a 'pro' version. Fast and easy. Updated often. Great piece of software.
Reliable and very quick to start up. Sorting by size is easy, and it finds many files others often don't.
Installable and Real portable without lagging interface, the User Interface very friendly without many unusefull otpions, basic and simple cleaners, managers at tools option, No ads and crappy bullshits, has nothing to envy from other programs. Give a try. And yeah Dark mode... Enabled.
