What is Helios MSP?

Helios is an AI-native RMM and PSA platform for MSPs and internal IT teams. Monitoring, alerting, ticketing, patch management, remote access, Microsoft 365 and Defender status, reporting and quarterly reviews all run in one hosted platform.

What sets it apart is Helio. When an alert fires, it investigates on the machine itself, works out the cause, writes a reversible fix and holds it for your approval. Once the alert clears it closes the ticket and records what changed. Inbound support email is triaged and answered in the customer's own thread, and when something genuinely needs a person, Helio hands it over with its findings rather than just a red light.

Flap damping keeps a metric bouncing across its threshold from raising the same ticket repeatedly, and several machines dropping at once is treated as one outage rather than twenty incidents.

One code-signed agent covers Windows, Windows Server, macOS and Linux. Pricing is per plan rather than per technician, from £4 per device monthly up to £399 for an unlimited estate, and every feature is on every plan. 14 day trial, no card.
