What is Grapple Flows?

Grapple Flows helps Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling students organize what they learn as branching flowcharts instead of linear notes: if your partner reacts this way, you go here.

You can build a flowchart by hand on an infinite canvas, or generate one automatically from a voice note or a YouTube video. Each step in a chart can hold notes, images, and a video clip set to the exact timestamp, so the technique and the footage stay together.

Other features:

  • Community library of technique flowcharts, browsable by position (guard, passing, back control, leg locks, takedowns, submissions)
  • Share charts with a link or embed them on a website
  • Collections for saving videos and Instagram reels to study later
  • Free BJJ tools: round timer, IBJJF scoreboard, tournament bracket generator, weight classes, legal techniques by belt, and a class planner

Building flowcharts is free. An optional Pro plan adds Instagram reel and personal footage auto-builds, longer voice and video limits, and extra study features.
