What is GhostlyShare?
GhostlyShare is a lightweight developer tool for Windows and Linux that makes local web apps publicly accessible in seconds.
Start your local app and GhostlyShare automatically detects it. Web apps, APIs, WordPress sites, Swagger UIs, dashboards, and other local services appear instantly, ready to share with one click.
You can publish with a free random public URL without creating an account, owning a domain, or changing your router settings. If you want a cleaner and more professional link, GhostlyShare also supports custom domains through Cloudflare.
Shared links can also be protected with an optional temporary password, giving you extra control over who can access your local app while it is public.
GhostlyShare is useful for testing webhooks, sharing local work with clients or teammates, running quick demos without deployment, testing on phones and tablets, or accessing local development tools from another device.
Key features:
- Available for Windows and Linux
