      thebenmix11 While it doesn't have all of the functionality of GarageBand, it is the closest equivalent that you can get for android. It has a wide variety of instruments and it allows for loops and MIDI. Very complete.

      As someone else said, it's just a loop mixing app. You could try it out, but I don't think it's worth the time if you're looking to create full-fledged songs that you want to sell.
