Framadate is simple to use, is ad-free, runs on free software and is operated by the Framasoft team - a non-profit helping make free software accessible.
It's FOSS, which is great. It's also pretty easy to use ... on desktop.
The mobile experience is bad. And this is a tool that a lot of people will use on mobile.

Wasn't really useful for me because you cannot have people selective time that work for them like with When2Meet or crab.fit

No timezone information. Filling a form takes more time than it should because of bad UI.
The ability to modify the entered dates (or simply fill the unfilled ones) is limited to just few days.
