IchizaCall

IchizaCall is a group scheduling poll with hidden responses built in. Send one link to clients, candidates or people outside your team. Each respondent marks the days that work for them, and only you, the organizer, can see everyone's answers.

• Private by default: respondents see only their own answers
• Working title: show respondents a different project name to keep unannounced work under wraps
• No sign-up for respondents: they mark each day as available, maybe or unavailable, and can add notes such as "mornings only"
• See at a glance which days work for everyone
• Email the final date to all respondents in one step; replies go straight to you
• Plan far ahead with date ranges of up to 3 years
• Data is deleted automatically 90 days after the date range ends

The free plan allows one active project per email address and shows an ad after people answer. Plus ($3/month or $30/year) removes the limit and the ads. Available in English and Japanese.
