What is Wannja?

Wannja is a Swiss scheduling software for clubs, municipalities, teams, and private groups. It conducts scheduling polls and manages event sign-ups. Users can propose dates for events and share a link for participants to indicate their availability. The software shows the date with the most agreement, which the organizer can confirm and send a calendar invitation to participants.

For event sign-ups, Wannja allows organizers to create a sign-up form with customizable options and ask specific questions. Participants only need to provide their name to vote or sign up, with an email address being optional. Only the organizer needs a free account.

Wannja offers a free plan with unlimited polls and sign-ups, no ads, a print view, CSV export, and a calendar file. A Pro plan is available for CHF 7 per month or CHF 70 per year, offering features like saving participant details, grouping them, sending personalized invitations and automatic reminders, setting response deadlines, using a custom logo and portal page, and collaborating with up to five team members.
