The NLP quick-add is the feature I keep coming back to. Hit Cmd+K, type something like "client call tomorrow 3pm high priority" and it just works — no clicking through forms, no dropdowns. It's the kind of thing that sounds like a small detail until you've used it every day and realize you'd miss it immediately if it was gone. The bigger thing for me is having tasks, timers, and calendar in one place. I used to switch between three apps just to understand my own week. Now I open one tab.
