FinallyPlanning

FinallyPlanning is a new goal-based project planning app made to make your life easier. Create multiple projects, goals, and notes. Invite team members with different roles. Upload documents, set reminders, and collaborate with comments.

It was made by software engineers with decades of project planning experience, who wanted an app that's not too clunky and made for everyone on your team, whether they're engineers or not.

I like to see it as a good mix between Jira and Trello: not bloated with a million different features, but also powerful in its simplicity. It purposely de-emphasizes things like sprint deadlines or arbitrary story pointing, which add unnecessary complexity and stress. Rather, focus on completing your most impactful tasks, to deliver the most value for your projects and customers (hence goal-based rather than sprint-based).

It's free to use and fully translated into 5 different languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin.

We just released a first version, which you can access on any browser or download as an Android app. We would love any and all feedback, which will help us improve the app.
