The template creation editor for routine company documents is easy to use. You copy texts used for company documents from any existing document. After identifying the fields that may vary from case to case with the drag-and-drop function, the appropriate variables will be placed in the right field. Variables are on the right side of the dashboard.
Ex: customer name, creation date, the product for sale, price, and delivery, all these terms have variables that can be used. If you can’t find a suitable variable, you have universal variables like Any_text, any_data, any_number.
All details about your customer are stored by the assistant to auto-fill when needed in documents.
Add the new customer to the database using your phone by inserting the required information, and you can create an offer for him instantly. There is no need to pay a real assistant to complete your documents and create customer offers.
If you need to change the prices for a certain product or forgot to introduce details about your company, you can edit this directly from your phone.
