Safe Eyes has the same features as Eyeleo like short break and long break. Further it detects full-screen applications and system idle time and adjust the breaks based on them.

I cannot judge about EyeLeo but SafeEyes is brilliant and with the recent release even more customizable. I can't do without and I am very grateful to the developer and the Linux community

BreakTimer is not intrusive. With Eyeleo, there's no way to skip/cancel/snooze the break - this approach very easily leads to very embarrassing and stressful moments, such as when a break comes in just when the user MUST be available for a meeting.

BreakTimer is just wonderful!! Awesome design, plethora of options, and users can cancel or snooze the break when it comes in an inappropriate moment.
