DocxManager

DocxManager provides many opportunities to maximize the power of MSWord and open tons of new uses of the application as it provides: -The ability to easily combine different documents into one (This alone is marketed in other software as a major function costing nearly 50-60$ without any other options mentioned below) -Better outlining options through creating multiple separate documents that can be easily combined together. User can easily duplicate, move, indent or out-dent documents through dragging, simple keyboard shortcuts (i.e.: alt+ arrows). I have tried many other outliners but Docxmanager is better in building on the power of MSWord and easier in handling large documents. -The ability to easily apply global styles on many documents with a simple click -Table and Corkboard views that easily enable user to view the structure of the project and edit document attributes.

-Providing tabbed interface for MSWord and better navigation options in a single window. -Many other options such as adding tags, labels, synopses..etc and the ability to filter documents using tags and labels.

On another level, Docxmanager helps in building websites using MSWord. You can upload those websites or even create and distribute them offline. I believe this can be used for presentation purposes better than traditional ppts,docs,pdfs: All these files alongside images can be organized as an integrated website.

There are some features that need to be added such as giving more search options (using logical operations of and , or, not..) and more development of full document search but every new version adds new features. The author of this software is very friendly and responsive. I have been a loyal user of many of his other software (ie: writing outliner and mind visualizer) and he always outperforms expectations.
