What is Deskferry?

DeskFerry is a no-code platform for building and running AI agents that carry out multi-step business tasks inside the apps a team already uses. Users describe a job in plain English, and DeskFerry builds the agent, connects the relevant tools, and runs the work on a schedule or in response to an event, such as a new CRM lead or a support ticket.

The platform offers two modes. Assist is a single generalist agent for everyday tasks that can be used through chat or scheduled for routine jobs like sending status emails or managing calendar events. AI Agents are purpose-built specialists that each own one complex workflow, for example qualifying inbound leads, chasing overdue invoices, drafting content, handling tier-1 support tickets, or answering data questions across a CRM, spreadsheets and billing tools. Both run from the same account against the same integrations.

Key features include:

Native integrations with 1,500+ apps, including Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Drive, Jira, Stripe, Zendesk, QuickBooks, Asana and Microsoft Teams Choice of underlying AI model per task (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek) without managing API keys Scheduling and event-based triggers Human-in-the-loop approvals, so steps like sending email, posting to Slack or updating records can be held for review Knowledge bases built from documents, databases and URLs Persistent memory of preferences and past conversations Custom, shareable skills for brand voice, report formats and output destinations A full activity log of every run, including which apps were touched and where the agent paused Agents can be exposed via a website chat widget, an API, Slack or email A marketplace of prebuilt agent templates

DeskFerry positions itself against rule-based automation tools such as Zapier and Make (which move data between apps on fixed triggers) and developer frameworks such as CrewAI (which require Python), by letting agents reason and make decisions across multi-step workflows without code or middleware.

It is a web-based SaaS product aimed at small and lean teams in sales, marketing, operations, customer support, finance, legal, real estate and insurance. Pricing is subscription-based with Growth ($49/month), Pro ($99/month) and Scale ($299/month) tiers; all plans allow unlimited agents and differ by monthly usage.
