What is Crumb by Localhost Labs?

Crumb is an open-source customer feedback tool for B2B product, solutions and engineering teams. Customers send feedback from an embedded widget inside your app, with their account and session already attached; email, Slack and an API feed the same inbox. Every request carries the account and its ARR, synced from HubSpot or Salesforce, so you triage by revenue instead of raw vote counts. Push work to Linear, Jira or GitHub as a drafted ticket, follow its status as engineering moves it, and let customers who asked through the widget hear back when it ships. Group requests into initiatives on a public roadmap. Self-host the whole stack from one Docker Compose file under AGPL-3.0, or use Crumb Cloud from $19/mo per workspace.
