What is ClickCapture?
Everything you need, captured just by clicking.
ClickCapture is a background utility that automatically captures and saves screenshots in sync with your mouse's "left-click" actions. Whether you are creating operation manuals or recording parameter settings during software installations, you can record your entire workflow as images without any conscious effort.
Key Features:
- Click-Synced Capture: Automatically saves the target window or entire screen as an image every time you click.
- Smart Duplicate Filtering: Intelligently skips saving if the screen remains unchanged, preventing your folders from overflowing with identical images.
- Auto Clipboard Transfer: Copies the captured image directly to your clipboard for instant pasting.
- Instant ON/OFF via Hotkey: If you no longer need to capture during your work, simply press the assigned hotkey (default is "F9", "F8" is also available) to instantly toggle the capture feature ON or OFF.
- Lightweight & Portable: Requires no installation and no runtimes. Runs as a single, standalone executable in the system tray.
Main Use Cases:
- Creating operation manuals and guides
- Recording installer parameters
- Collecting screens for e-learning/presentations
- Recording UI elements for RPA development
Editions: ClickCapture is fully functional with no limits as the Free Edition for personal use. A Pro Edition license (unrestricted, commercial use OK) is required when running the software on domain-joined PCs or enterprise environments.
