What is CAMPR | precise project management?
CAMPR is an enterprise Project Management platform with a modular structure, organized in workspaces. Designed by experienced project managers and inspired by proven project management approaches, the tool offers a comprehensive set of 16 modules to manage projects of any size and complexity from start to finish. Modules include planning and scheduling of work packages and events, team and responsibility management as well as risk management and one-click reporting.
Features As mentioned above, the tool consists of 16 different modules that can be activated and deactivated depending on the complexity of the project to keep the tool as lean as possible. The modules are designed to guide you through the whole project lifecycle starting with the project contract which is a framework agreement between the project manager and project sponsor. The framework consists of the timeframe, budgets as well as objectives, limitations and more. CAMPR also offers modules to manage your team and the work packages. The organization module enables you to set up an organogram of your team including departments, roles and teams. You can create a comprehensive schedule including phases, milestones and work packages which can be viewed and edited in various ways such as Gantt chart and WBS. CAMPR also offers a RASCI-Matrix to delegate responsibilities and roles for tasks and work packages. One of our unique modules is the Risk Management module which makes it possible to be more decisive and proactive when dealing with uncertainty. You can perform a qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and plan measures. Risks are classified in a matrix based on the probability of occurrence and their impact. CAMPRs One-Click Reporting delivers status reports based on the information input of all other modules in real-time. The reports can be distributed to a preset distribution list or exported into PDF.
