    I had used a few other NPS survey tools before, but they were clearly too overloaded with features I don't need for my simple purpose (I own a small online store).

    This one does the task of automated survey emails nicely and gives me some basic stats for evaluation. That is all I need plus since my business is seasonal, the free plan is good enough most time of the year.

With Callexa Feedback I can easily measure the satisfaction of my customers after a product purchase. The tool can be integrated at various points (e-mail, website, etc.) and offers good automation via integration with Shopify.

The interface to Shopify made it very easy for me to integrate the NPS surveys into my store and to survey my customers automatically. With the review widgets the feedback of my customers can be displayed easily and conveniently on my website.

Callexa Feedback is perfect for my needs. It is easy to use, the interface makes setup quick and intuitive and the support is friendly and competent. I can't find any disadvantage.
