I actually like Breeze a little more than Cinch. Cinch has three predefined modes that you can switch between by dragging your windows to the sides of your screen. That's pretty useful (obviously modeled after the Window 7 Aero Snap feature), but it doesn't work very well when you have more two or more monitors. Also, if you want to size your window is any other way besides the three predefined modes that you're given, you're crap out of luck.
Breeze is a lot better in that aspect, because you can size your windows any way you want, with pretty much any keyboard shortcut available. So if you prefer to work with 4 windows open on your screen at once, Breeze can do that for you, no problem. I personally like Breeze because it works a lot better with my dual-monitor setup, and i can set sizes specifically for certain apps. For example, my RSS reader always takes up just a little bit more than half of my screen, so I set a shortcut with Breeze that would size it just right. Nice. :D
