Bodega One Code is a local-first AI coding tool that combines a full IDE, AI chat, and an autonomous coding agent that runs on your own machine with any LLM (Bring Your Own LLM). It supports 10+ provider presets including Ollama, LM Studio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Together AI, OpenRouter, vLLM, llama.cpp, LocalAI, KoboldCpp, GPT4All, MLX and Jan, so you can run local models like Qwen3-Coder, DeepSeek, and Llama for private, offline AI coding with no cloud.
Key features include a Quality Enforcement Layer (a 5-step verification loop that validates every change before the agent reports done), an Air-Gap Mode with 9 network enforcement layers for fully offline use, multi-provider routing with per-session provider pinning, Fleet (up to 4 concurrent background agent runs in isolated git worktrees), and fully dockable/splittable panels. It works as a self-hosted alternative to GitHub Copilot and Cursor, without the subscription.
The beta is free for everyone, commercial use included. At full release, the Personal tier stays free forever while a one-time Pro tier adds commercial use, 2 machine activations, and unlimited workspaces. There is no subscription.
