Spideroak One Backup vs BackBlaze Comments
SpiderOak appears to be the most secure commercially available alternative to Backblaze. The only downside is that its rigorous "zero-knowledge" policy can place a more noticeable processing burden on low-end computers. It's also somewhat less intuitive to set up.

Spideroak offers a "zero-knowledge" policy by default (they can't look at your files even if they wanted to) - which is great. Backblaze has this only as an option. Spideroak works on Linux, Backblaze has no Linux client. Backblaze is cheaper, but is for backups exclusively whereas with Spideroak you can also sync files between computers.
