Backs up and retrieves my data like it's supposed to, without much configuration hassle.
Arq is a solid piece of software available either as a one-time purchase - for backing up to a hosting service of your choice - or as a reasonably-priced subscription using their own storage.
The latest version, Arq 6, seems fairly solid but has attracted a lot of criticism for upgrade issues from Arq 5. I can't comment on that as I started on Arq 6, but what I can comment on is the complete lack of documentation for the latest version, which is pretty unforgiveable and means that messages about completely normal 'errors' during backup are difficult to interpret, necessitating a support ticket just to understand. The support team is pretty prompt, but honestly, seem kinda grumpy... probably due to all the issues from other customers.
Love the software and would recommend, but can't give 5 stars due to the lack of documentation and slightly odd support attitude.
