I feel like this should be a job to blender community since writing a Bim suit alone is colossal work. I could work with the lacking features, but software is really far from intuitive for architects.

Using this I produce models and drawings faster than any other BIM or CAD software I have used. 2D drawing is a little flawed in comparison to AutoCAD but it's top of the league in everything else.
