What is AssetBolt?
AssetBolt is IT asset management for teams that outgrew spreadsheets. Track hardware, software licenses, accessories, components, and consumables in one place, with check-in/check-out and expected return dates, custom fields, locations, people and teams, and an audit trail you can export as CSV or PDF evidence for assessors.
Devices sync automatically from Jamf, Iru (formerly Kandji), and Microsoft Intune, so records stay current without manual updates. Barcode and QR label printing with a drag-and-drop label designer, equipment request workflows, dashboards, depreciation and license-compliance reporting, a GraphQL/REST API with outbound webhooks, and automation workflows round out the platform. A first-party MCP server (public beta) lets your team query and update inventory from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Directory sync (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD) and cloud discovery (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake) are available on higher plans.
Pricing is per active asset, not per seat. Every plan includes unlimited users, and archived assets, accessories, licenses, and consumables are always free and uncounted. Plans start at $49/month for 100 active assets and scale up from there, with roughly 17% off annual billing. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced with Postgres row-level security and data is encrypted in transit. 14-day free trial, no sales calls.
