I've done many apps with Eclipse. It is fun and easy to use. Since Android Studio, I was not able to create even one app with it.

Eclipse icon Eclipse could create Android apps thanks to Android Development Tools for Eclipse icon Android Development Tools for Eclipse . Unfortunately support for APT for Eclipse was dropped in favor of Android Studio in November 2016, so we removed Eclipse as viable alternative to it.
