Acronis Drive Monitor information
What is Acronis Drive Monitor?
Free, downloadable software application developed by Acronis to monitor server, workstation and PC hard disk drives. Early warning to save your data
Acronis Drive Monitor can help predict when a hard drive is about to fail, giving you the chance to backup your data before disaster strikes. When Acronis Drive Monitor identifies a problem, it generates an email or onscreen alert describing the specific finding. It offers a simple and easy to understand explanation of the alert guiding you to the steps you need to take to remedy the issue. A color coded summary provides an overview of the disk's health at a glance and weekly reports summarize the findings.

Comments and Reviews
The latest version 1.0 (Build 566) is from 2010. If it works flawlessly, it doesn't need an update.
Acronis still have an official download link. Hard to find but its there. http://www.acronis.com/en-gb/homecomputing/download/drive-monitor/
It doesn't work flawlessly, at least not for me, with my external simpledrive it's buggy. As soon as I plug it, Windows shows the partition empty, I have to manually close every process and then reconnect my drive to be able to access it. And on top of that, it's very hard to contact Acronis support.
Are they still supporting this software? The last time I tried it, the latest version was released in 2010. Probably not compatible with Windows 10.
Use Crystal Disk Info portable edition. Pretty good and free.
Yes, it seems they drop support for it. I'm now using Hard Disk Sentinel because it also have email alert, thanks anyway.
Works great with internal drives but if you got any externals then be careful because ADM won't allow Windows to show you the contents of your drive unless it supports it, otherwise you will got to close all process and then reconnect your drive. Other than that the software it's excellent, being able to notify you trough email is fantastic.
