    Although discontinued, this was perfect for my needs.
    The resultant .exe when run by the user, unpacks to a temporary folder and executes desired program with Admin privileges.
    When user exits the program, it deletes the temporary files from the temp folder.
    Best of all, unlike WinRar SEs, it does not trigger any false positives on AV engines.
