123D Make has been discontinued. Similar apps include Pepakura Designer. It's paid, but DXF2papercraft and FlatFab are free. Other options are Ultimate Unwrap 3D, Unfold3D, Ultimate Papercraft 3D and Unfolder. In total there are eight 3D Modelers like 123D Make for Windows, Mac, Linux, the web and self-hosting.
Pepakura Designer allows you to easily create papercraft models from 3D data you create from your favorite 3D software. The save and export functions are disabled before registering. Otherwise all functions work without limitation in the shareware version.
