Tower 13 for Windows (Beta) introduces branch pinning and automatic branch management, enabling users to keep key branches accessible and archive those that have become stale or merged. The update also adds badges to identify 'Fully Merged' and 'Stale' branches, with one-click cleanup tools.

For Mac users, Tower 17 (Beta) enhances 'Fully Merged' detection by leveraging merged pull requests from hosting services, accurately tracking branches merged via squash or rebase. The new hint view provides direct links for verification, supporting safer branch cleanup.
