Clonezilla Live 3.3.2-31 adds gocryptfs encryption, MDRAID tools, Debian Sid base

Clonezilla Live 3.3.2-31 is now available as a stable release, bringing system, encryption, and storage updates. The live system has been upgraded to Debian Sid, with Linux kernel 7.0.7-1. Encryption has moved from eCryptFS to gocryptfs due to eCryptFS deprecation, with new command line and TUI options, as well as a new ocs-cvtimg-enc tool for converting, decrypting, or encrypting image files.

MDRAID support has been expanded with tools for starting, stopping, saving, restoring, and purging arrays. Clonezilla Lite Server now supports MDRAID deployment, while related management changes standardize naming and reduce restoration errors. The release also adds support for LVM thin provisioning and includes thin-provisioning-tools for newer storage setups.

Checksum handling has also been updated, with b3sum added to the live environment, sha256sum replaced for live system checks, and XXH128 now used by default in Partclone operations. Partclone has been updated to 0.3.47, while ezio also receives an update. Other additions include a boot medium verification menu, logical block size reporting in ocs-blk-dev-info, expanded language support, new manuals, and bug fixes for multipath devices, MDRAID restoration, thin pool handling, and partition table checks.
