Rocky Linux 9.8 released with major software updates and new image builder features

Rocky Linux 9.8 is now available, offering updated installation, container, cloud, and live images.

This release includes major package updates such as OpenSSH 9.9, MariaDB 11.8, PostgreSQL 18, Ruby 4.0, and Node.js 24.

Image Builder now supports advanced disk partitioning, Kickstart injection for ISOs, and WSL2 image creation.
