Obsidian1.13.0 debuts revamped settings panel with search and keyboard navigation

Obsidian 1.13.0 introduces a redesigned Settings panel that opens in a new window, featuring built-in search and enhanced keyboard navigation.

Security has been updated with confirmation dialogs for Obsidian URI actions and new warnings for network-based HTML resources.

The release also brings improved keyboard handling for image editing and section extraction in the editor, along with multiple fixes and file management enhancements.
