Superhuman launches Find Time for inline team availability and faster scheduling

Superhuman Mail has introduced Find Time, a calendar feature that shows mutual availability directly within the calendar and allows events to be created in one tap. By pressing “M” and entering a teammate’s name, users can immediately see overlapping free times without switching views. Unlike Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, availability appears inline, reducing the steps needed to confirm schedules.

This release builds on earlier updates such as Share Availability, which inserts live time slots and a booking link into emails that auto-update if schedules change. Recipients can also book meetings even without a Superhuman account.

Other additions include Instant Event, which generates full event details from an email in one step, and Ask AI, which combines inbox, calendar, and web data to handle scheduling or suggest venues. Superhuman also supports multiple calendars and quick switching with keyboard shortcuts, focusing on faster, in-context scheduling without relying on external tools.
