Mistral AI introduces support for MCP connectors and new Memories feature in Le Chat
Mistral AI has expanded Le Chat with over 20 secure, MCP-powered connectors, enabling users to search, summarize, and take actions across a range of enterprise tools, including Databricks, Snowflake, GitHub, Atlassian, Asana, Outlook, Box, Stripe, Zapier, and more. The new Connectors directory offers direct pipelines into these tools, transforming Le Chat into a unified interface for managing data, documents, and workflows.
In addition to connectors for widely-used platforms, users can now connect Le Chat to any remote MCP server of their choice, even if it is not listed in the Connectors directory. This flexibility lets organizations query, cross-reference, and operate on any tool within their technology stack. Following these integration enhancements, the redesigned Connectors directory streamlines discovery and usage of available services.
Mistral AI is also introducing Memories in beta. Memories allow Le Chat to maintain context across conversations, retrieving relevant insights, decisions, and references from previous interactions. This foundation brings more accurate responses, adaptive recommendations, and answers that reflect the specific needs of each user. Both the full set of Connectors and the Memories feature are now available to all Le Chat users, including those on the free plan.

The obvious use case of this is to let AI alone managing Jira. I won't even be surprised if AI has been created by humans only to never have to interact with Jira again. Actually, since Jira is even worse than AI has never been, the world would be a better place if AI replaces Jira from now.
Finally a European AI company that's doing opensource and good integration!
