Microsoft to increase on-premises server and CAL Suite prices in 2025

Microsoft will increase prices for all standalone on-premises server products - such as SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business Server - by 10% in July 2025. The Core Client Access License Suite will rise by 15% and the Enterprise CAL Suite by 20% starting August 1, 2025. Also, Exchange Server Subscription Edition and Skype for Business Subscription Edition will become generally available in July 2025. These price changes do not affect SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, or Microsoft Teams.
