ClickHelp AI Suite launches with unified AI tools, CAPs usage, and DeepL integration

ClickHelp has launched the ClickHelp AI Suite, a paid add-on that unifies its AI features to improve documentation workflows. The suite introduces ClickHelp AI Points (CAPs), a new internal currency that replaces token-based pricing. Each subscription includes 30,000 CAPs per month, with options to reset or upgrade based on team size. Future AI tools will also use this system.

The initial feature in the suite, AnswerGenius, focuses on lowering support workloads and increasing the usability of documentation. After being validated in practical settings, it becomes a core offering under the new subscription. For existing customers, AnswerGenius will remain available at no cost until September 1, 2025, allowing ample time to explore and adapt to the suite.

Expanding the platform, a beta tool called Ask Your Docs now lets contributors search published and unpublished content using natural language without any special setup. This tool operates with separate daily limits and is not yet included in the AI Suite. Additionally, the update also adds DeepL integration for direct topic translation using personal API keys, supporting multilingual documentation workflows. Trial users can access these tools now, with wider availability expected later in summer 2025.
