Superlist version 1.31 introduces AI-powered meeting notes that record conversations, transcribe them in real time, and turn discussions into actionable tasks. The system eliminates any need for secondary bots or manual processing. Users can assign action items, improve clarity, and maintain project momentum — benefitting teams seeking streamlined workflows.

Building on these capabilities, the update offers an AI chat feature, which enables users to engage directly with meeting transcripts. You can now generate executive summaries, clarify decisions, or investigate specific talking points, all from within your meeting lists tied to recordings. These features are accessible under the Pro plan, which allows for up to 30 meeting recordings or 15 hours, and limits daily chat messages to 15. Users requiring greater capacity can opt for the new Super plan, which removes these limits for extensive or fast-paced team needs.

Following these AI-focused enhancements, Superlist's mobile apps gain support for dynamic font sizes. The interface now adjusts text according to device preferences to boost readability. Additionally, a prior issue with reminder notifications on Android has been corrected, ensuring alerts reliably appear as expected.
