The release also addresses privilege prompt management across various MX tools. For Xfce users, the mx-system-sounds login function has been refined to ensure the sound server starts before playing sounds.
Additional fixes target Xfce desktop changes and wallpaper settings, particularly benefiting 32-bit users. The installer’s “preserve home” mode has been enhanced, and the UEFI Manager tool now offers improved management of UEFI settings. Compatibility with NVIDIA drivers has been enhanced, alongside language updates, application updates, and numerous bug fixes. Moreover, the MX Raspberry Pi Respin has been updated with the latest packages from the MX and Raspberry Pi OS repositories, ensuring a comprehensive refresh across the board.
