ClickUp 3.44 adds custom fields in Gantt, AI connected search, enhanced automations & more

Just days after releasing its previous version, ClickUp now arrives with version 3.44, introducing key features like Custom Fields in Gantt View, allowing users to sort, filter, and color-code tasks more efficiently with Dropdown and Label Custom Fields.

The AI-powered Connected Search now integrates with Slack, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft SharePoint, enabling users to find files and get AI-generated answers without leaving the platform. Enterprise users benefit from the new Sprint Action Report, offering detailed insights into sprint activities to optimize reviews.

The update also enhances automations by allowing multiple dropdown options for Triggers and Conditions, simplifying rule creation. Audit Logs now track Hierarchy events for better accountability. The desktop app has been improved for performance and includes new features like direct screen sharing in SyncUps and Clips recording. External Access Requests enable controlled content sharing by allowing external users to request guest access to specific items. Additionally, Docs have been upgraded for better usability, and security and performance enhancements have been applied across the desktop app.
