Accessible at https://planner.cloud.microsoft, the new platform aims to streamline the management of plans, projects, and to-do lists.

The app combines features from Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project, enhanced by AI-powered tools from Copilot. Key functionalities include a “My Tasks” view for easy access to assignments and a “My Day” view for daily task prioritization. Users can organize tasks using various layouts like Grid, Board, Charts, Schedule, and customizable views.

Premium users will have access to exclusive features such as Timeline view, custom fields, task history, team workload insights, and goal management, along with a preview of expanded AI-driven functionalities from Microsoft Copilot. Initially, the web Planner app will be available to Microsoft 365 tenants on Targeted release updates, with broader availability to follow.
