Adobe Acrobat integrates AI image generation and advanced editing tools in latest update

Adobe is set to enhance Adobe Acrobat with AI image generation and advanced editing features, rolling out later this week. Using Adobe Firefly Image 3 model, the new Generate Image function allows users to create and customize AI-generated images for seamless integration into PDF documents. The Edit Image feature includes advanced tools like Generative Fill, Remove Background, Erase, and Crop, enabling effective modification of AI-generated images within PDFs.

Additionally, the Acrobat AI Assistant is receiving significant updates. Users can now find specific themes and trends from several documents, compile and format content from multiple sources, and generate automatic citations. The AI Assistant will also be able to generate concise summaries of meetings, highlighting key topics and action items.
