MindManager 24 boosts task visualization with Gantt sharing, countdown features, and more

MindManager 24 introduces new features for task visualization, including the ability to share Gantt charts across MindManager Web, Microsoft Teams, and Chromebook. Users can also export maps in Gantt view to HTML5 format, simplifying sharing across platforms.

The updated task pane now includes a countdown feature that displays the days remaining until a task's start or due date, which aids in efficient planning. New tag groups, including Kanban tags, have been added to the Task Info pane, enhancing project tracking capabilities. Users can also filter map contents based on topic author details, improving collaboration.

Integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Lists has been made easier with new ribbon buttons and import filter options. Enhancements to the Excel Data Mapper allow for direct mapping of text from Excel columns as Resources and Tags. The defined topic property dialog now supports bulk property updates, and improved power filtering options have been incorporated into the task pane. Additionally, MindManager 24 introduces MindManager apps, custom tools designed to enhance user experience and cater to specific use cases, available on the MindManager integrations page.
