Adobe combining After Effects, Audition, and Premiere into Project Rush
Users of Adobe's audio and video editing applications may soon be going to the same Adobe app for all of their audiovisual production and editing needs with the company's announcement of Project Rush.
In a post on the official Adobe blog, Erin Norton, a senior product manager, describes Project Rush as an "all-in-one, cross-device video editing app." It combines the filtering and color editing tools of Adobe Premiere Pro, the audio editing tools of Adobe Audition, and the graphic editing tools of Adobe After Effects into a single app that is being developed for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
As the app is still in beta, users can apply to test it out at the official Project Rush site. According to Adobe's Project Rush beta application page, the beta is available for iOS, macOS, and Windows users now, with Android support coming later.
