    Does way to much telemetry. Why should I send all my print files to servers in China to print on a printer I own, living in my house, on the same network as my computer running the slicer?

    While the company and their own servers are all located in Switzerland. Threema GmbH is owned by a german holding. Just that you know, it can impact on law and stuff.

    Buggy at time, but its on me as I'm running beta software on my device. However I like how customizable it is, its declarative toml configuration and its performance. I achieve a better poweruser UX on my Mac that Apple just couldn't deliver to me.

    I vibe coded this for fun because balenaEtcher is a spyware and that the best image flasher for macOS is a shell CLI which is not intuitive for most people. I will try my best to keep this tool updated and reliable. V2 is in the making already.

    When I tried to add it in AlternativeTo it was only in french (thus got rejected because english is required) and the development was exclusively focus in France. It seems they now are expanding in Europe and I guess Worwild is down the roadmap.

    MinIO was a good Open Source Software, published under the copyleft AGPLv3 licence. Last year they changed the licence of the GUI, many users were furious about these changes. Later, at the end of the year, they stopped providing official builds, the community had to build the software themselves or pay. And now they just archived the GitHub repository killing the Free Software in favor of their proprietary evolution.

    It's sad that both Qwant and Ecosia are totally dependent over Microsoft Bing . Qwant had some very concerning data sharing with the american giant and got sanctionned from the CNIL, that's why I stopped recommend it to people.
