I use it when a website want to force me to give up my email. If I want something more secure (in case of buying things for example), it can generate an alternative email, so people knowing that anyone can access to any mail on yopmail, can't, in fact, access to that box. (ex : bob@yopmail.com become alt.fm-ao871b36@yopmail.com, and that's this one you give to website, and you can access to bob reading the email sent to alt.fm-ao871b36, but nothing in alt.fm-ao871b36). Rss feed is really usefull. You can even add you own domain name (but still consult box on the website yopmail.com)

I think that Yopmail is pretty decent and I love how it can give you a random address, and it will automatically save it for you Yopmail is somewhat popular so you may find a few sites like Deviantart for example not allowing you to use a Yopmail address to register for that site..
