What is xTiles?
xTiles is a task management and project planning software. It offers a user-friendly platform for capturing ideas, planning projects, and collaboration. The software combines traditional paper planning with digital technology, allowing users to set goals, plan weeks, and switch between days easily. It also enables the creation and management of notes, links, and ideas, which are automatically sorted for easy navigation. Integration with Google Calendar keeps information up-to-date and sharing pages with external teams or clients is simple.
xTiles centralizes organizational needs, supporting note-taking, voice recordings, photo uploads, and web-saving. It also includes to-do lists, calendars, and reminders for daily work management. Users can pin keynotes and ideas for quick access and use the fast search function to find saved items. The software provides a visually appealing, lag-free experience.
xTiles supports the visual organization of ideas and projects into boards. It offers instant syncing across all devices and a Web Clipper tool for saving information from web pages for future use. Users can save articles, web pages, and screenshots directly to xTiles, with the option to copy entire pages or specific sections, excluding ads and other unnecessary information.

Comments and Reviews
Basically a tabbed pinboard that I can throw anything on - temporarily or permanently. Excellent drop in replacement for Milanote that I've been searching for. Has different kinds of board views I've yet to mess with too much (kanban, gallery, table, etc.)
I'll come back and update if I run into issues, but so far it's a solid replacement for Milanote that's cheaper.
It looks like the MS OneNote alternative
UPD!
Who had disliked me I want to know? Xtiles is not a great app for productivity nerds or people who have used many productivity apps.
The website requires you to register from the beginning and you can't do anything without it.
Well....yeah? Of course you have to make an account.
@RDF0909 There are many note-taking apps that you can use without an account, but this one doesn't even give you a glimpse of what features it has.
