It's not just about productivity. Having clear insights helped us build more trust within the team now that everything is transparent. No more 'who's doing what' arguments.

I like WorkTime because it's an honest tool. It doesn't take screenshots of employees' computers.

I can see how long I've been working. It tracks my time and shows it in a clear report. It works well, although the reports could be a little easier ti read
What is WorkTime?
WorkTime is an employee, computer and internet monitoring software. It monitors productivity and helps boosting it. It monitors working-from-home, remote, and in-office employees. WorkTime does not support any invasive monitoring. It is designed for heavy loads and works well on 1-15,000+ computers.

Comments and Reviews
I've presented the reports and shared them with our management, and there's no more confusion about the number of hours and days worked. They recently started releasing integrations. I hope to see more of them with each new update. I'm looking forward to the Asana integration so that time can be automatically linked to tickets or project tasks.

It does not record unnecessary things. No redundant information. It helps remote employees manage their work easier. Before, offline meetings were counted as downtime. But the team fixed this. Now we can manually add the time for offline meetings and it is not counted as downtime.
I like that I can see detailed information about my team's work time, including what they worked on and when. At the same time, it doesn't feel invasive. I don't see anything personal. For example, if someone spends time on social media, I can see how much time was spent on Facebook, but not what they were actually doing there, and I'm completely fine with that.
A perfect solution for companies looking to balance efficiency with employee comfort. No micromanagement. Just clean analytics.
