What is Wonderkit?

Wonderkit is an iOS and web app where children describe what they want to make — a game, an interactive story, a card, or art — in their own words, and AI agents build it as a working, playable creation. Kids play what they made, then revise it in conversation ("make the dragon faster"), and it changes. Revisions and chat never cost credits.

Because describing is the interface, there are no blocks to drag and no syntax to learn, so it works from about age five — before block-based tools are realistic, or for kids who bounce off the assembly step.

Honest positioning: Wonderkit does not teach coding syntax. What kids practise is describing precisely, judging the result, and iterating — the design half of making software. Many families use it alongside Scratch or Roblox Studio rather than instead of them.

Family model: every account is run by a grown-up. Kids get their own spaces inside the family account; parent controls sit behind a PIN; creations stay private to the family unless a grown-up shares one to the community feed or by direct link. No ads, no third-party tracking.

Free tier: one new creation per month plus 20 welcome credits. Paid plans add more creations per month.
