What is WhenWorksFor.Us?

WhenWorksForUs is a modern, visual alternative to Doodle designed for how people actually schedule things today—on their phones, in seconds, without creating accounts.

Why Choose WhenWorksForUs?

Visual Calendar Interface – Instead of wrestling with clunky grids, simply tap dates on an interactive calendar. Perfect for scheduling events with many scattered dates like team dinners, reunions, or weekend trips.

Truly Mobile-First – Designed for thumbs first. Large touch targets, smooth animations, and an interface that actually works well on phones—not a desktop UI crammed onto a small screen.

Zero Friction – No accounts required. Create a poll, share a link, done. Participants just enter their name and tap to vote. Use the same name on another device and your votes automatically sync.

No Ads, No Paywalls – A clean, distraction-free experience. No ads cluttering the interface, no premium tiers hiding basic features behind a paywall.

Real-Time Updates – See votes appear instantly as participants respond. Visual vote bars show consensus at a glance, and a live participant list shows who's currently viewing the poll.

Intuitive Voting – Clear emoji + color voting system (👍 Yes / 😐 Maybe / ? No) eliminates the confusion of Doodle's checkbox colors. One tap cycles through options.

Whether you're coordinating a friend group dinner, planning a team retreat, or finding a time for a quick call, WhenWorksForUs gets you to a decision faster with less hassle.

Free. Fast. Simple. That's it.
