What is Pickadate?

Pickadate is a free scheduling tool for coordinating dates and attendance with a group, with no account required to create or manage an event. Share one link, and responses come straight back to you.

It covers four distinct scheduling needs, rather than forcing everything into a single "poll" format:

  • Group Scheduling Poll - propose a handful of candidate dates, share one link, and everyone marks themselves yes/maybe/no against each one. See the full picture at a glance and lock in whichever date gets the best turnout.
  • RSVP - confirm a fixed date and let people simply say whether they're coming, with optional plus-ones for each guest.
  • Shift & Roster Scheduling - set fixed shifts or dates and see who's available for each one, built for volunteer schedules, on-call rotations, and recurring shifts.
  • Event Registration with Capacity - open registration for one or more sessions, each with its own capacity limit, first-come-first-served, with a live count of remaining spots.

Other notable features:

  • No account needed. Every event gets a private management link (emailed to the organizer) that works without signing up - though an optional free account lets you see every event you've created or responded to in one dashboard.
  • Invite-only or open events. Restrict responses to people you've personally invited, or share a public link anyone can respond to (with an optional walk-in flow that still gets them their own personal link by email).
  • Optional invite-card backgrounds. Pick a photo from a curated gallery (or upload your own) to give the shareable invite page a nicer, card-like presentation instead of a plain form.
  • Smart notifications. Organizers get reminder emails as responses come in, a heads-up the moment someone new responds (toggleable per event), and automatic emails to everyone if the date, time, or location changes after the fact.
  • Fully multilingual. Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch, including all outgoing emails.
  • Privacy-conscious. Self-hosted, cookieless analytics — no third-party trackers on the pages your invitees visit.
